Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of https://hexawiz.com and any content, functionality or services offered through it, operated by Hexawiz Pvt. Ltd. ("Hexawiz", "we", "us").

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

These terms cover the website, not our services

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Engineering services are provided only under a separate written agreement — a statement of work, master services agreement or equivalent — signed by both parties.

Where these terms conflict with a signed services agreement, that agreement takes precedence for the work it covers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system or network.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent.
• Introduce malware, or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or contact details, including for training datasets or bulk outreach, without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the site, or impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Impersonate Hexawiz or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, and report conduct to the relevant authorities where required.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents — text, design, graphics, layout, code and the Hexawiz name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print material from the site for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, distribute or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

Client names, logos and trade marks shown in case studies remain the property of their owners and are used with permission to identify work we carried out.

Case studies and performance figures

Case studies describe work delivered for specific clients under specific constraints. Figures quoted, including efficiency and performance improvements, reflect results measured in those engagements. They are illustrative, not a forecast, and they are not a guarantee of comparable results in any other project.

Some engagements are described without naming the client where confidentiality requires it.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites and profiles, including our listings on review platforms and social networks. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Information you send us

Do not send confidential or proprietary information through the contact form or by unencrypted email before a confidentiality agreement is in place. Where you send us material without such an agreement, we will treat it with reasonable care but cannot accept an obligation of confidence over it.
