About us
Empowering businesses through digitalisation excellence
A software engineering partner for companies that need more than an agency and less than a full in-house team.
Who we are
Hexawiz designs, builds and supports custom platforms: e-commerce and marketplaces, AI-integrated SaaS, enterprise applications and the infrastructure that runs them.
Clients come to us for one project and typically stay for the next several, which is the only metric in this business we really trust.
We are deliberately mid-sized. Large enough to staff a full delivery team with design, engineering and DevOps in the same room; small enough that the people who scoped your project are the people who build it. There is no account layer between you and the engineers.
How we operate
Scoping, building, launching and staying on afterwards. If it breaks at 2am in the first month, that is still our problem.
We would rather give a number we can hold than a number that wins the pitch. That includes saying when something should not be built.
Proven tools for the load-bearing parts, new ones where they genuinely earn their place. Your platform is not our R&D budget.
Decisions, tradeoffs and runbooks live in the repository. Handover is a document, not a meeting you have to re-run.
Our engineers work in your repository, your board and your standups where that makes sense. No parallel universe of status reports.
Slipping timelines, wrong calls and things we underestimated get raised early, with options attached.
Engagement
From first conversation to production
- 01
Discovery
We map the workflow, the constraints and the integrations before anyone estimates anything. Usually one to two weeks.
- 02
Shape and estimate
An architecture, a phased plan and a number you can take to a budget holder. You own the output whether or not we build it.
- 03
Build in the open
Two-week increments against a staging environment you can use. Nothing is a surprise at the end.
- 04
Launch and stay
Cutover, monitoring, and a support arrangement that matches how critical the system actually is.
Our vision
Build systems the client's own team could take over tomorrow, and give them no reason to want to.
